Arshes Nei 02

I really love the character Arshes Nei, and "BASTARD!" is probably one of my favorite series. I hope to remake this costume someday so that I can do the character justice, the original was made on a whim a few days before the con. This costume was one of my earlier ones, so the construction wasn't too impressive ^_^;;.
